Field Services Engineer
Compensation: $70K - $80K + 6% Profit Sharing
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Type: Full-Time/Direct/Perm
A global data center and networking optimization firm is looking to hire a Field Services Engineer to join their team.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Providing onsite support and diagnostics for customers within the Cedar Rapids territory
- Conducting break/fix for Enterprise Hardware such as servers, storage, and networks
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise Hardware (HP, Dell, IBM, NetApp, EMC, Cisco, Hitachi, etc.)
- Technical expertise troubleshooting, configuring, and fixing server, storage, and network hardware
- Experience interacting directly with clients and providing excellent customer service
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Here's what our preferred candidate has:
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- CompTIA Server+ Certification
- Experience working as a Field Services Engineer
- Data Center experience
